The second film of The Lord of the Rings trilogy covers three storylines where Frodo and Sam are travelling to Morodor to get rid of the One Ring. Meanwhile Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli with a group of newly joined followers are protecting the nation of Rohan and attacking Isengard. Pippin and Merry have been captured and now they are fleeing with the plan to attack Isengard as well. The Fellowship has been split. At the same time the huge army of Sauron is approaching Gondor. The great battle is coming closer.

The film is a tragic autobiography of Wladislaw Spielmann, one of the best Polish pianists of the twentieth century. The man is busy himself with music till the territory of Poland is occupied by the Nazis. The life of all the Jews changes when they are placed to Warsaw ghetto. Spielmann is the only person from the family who survives the catastrophe. The man goes on living in the occupied Polish capital where he leads an insufferable life: he has to hide and live in uninhabited flats so for no one to suspect that somebody lives there. Is it possible to perform in such conditions? And can the pianist’s fame and nationwide love protect him from treachery?

Future. The regime that rules everything on Earth has invented a special medicine called Prozium. Every human must take this drug because it hinders all human emotions, which are prohibited by law. The books, music, theater and other arts are also strictly prohibited. If someone breaks the law and doesn’t take Prozium, he starts feeling emotions which means a death penalty for this person. Cleric John Preston is a high-ranked agent of national security. He is responsible to keep an eye on “criminals” who break the law and have some emotions. One day he forgets to take Prozium in and he feels that his spirit and his values start changing rapidly. It seems like this process is irreversible conversion in his brain and now he becomes the only man in the world who can overthrow the regime he has been working for during many years. None of government members would expect such an offence from John, but if somebody will have a slight suspicion, John will be eliminated right away…

Tom Hanks plays a hit man by name Michael Sullivan, who is known to his friends and enemies by the nickname "Angel of Death". Besides his intransigence to his work, Mike Sullivan is also known as a loving husband and father of two young boys. But when two worlds, where Michael lives, face with each other, this conflict takes the lives of his wife and his younger son. As soon as possible Sullivan and his surviving son leave their former quiet home life and hit the long road, which is full of death and violence.

The year of 2054 is the age of new anti-crime technologies. “Precrime” uses genetically modified humans and makes psychological researches that help them to predict the upcoming crimes and to punish the criminals beforehand. The system seems to work in a perfect way, but one day the head of the organization John Anderton gets information that in the next 36 hours he will commit the crime himself. He is sure he can’t murder anyone and he doesn’t even know a victim yet, so he needs to hide this information from everyone. His only hope is to prove that the system works incorrectly, but this is not such an easy thing to manage.

The Bourne Identity is the story about a man whose bullet-riddled body is found by an Italian fishing boat crew who nursed him back to health. Soon he finds out that his name is Jason Bourne. Having a lot of fake passports, a huge pile of cash and a gun he realizes that somebody is madly trying to track him down. Now Bourne, and his new friend, Marie Helena Kreutz travel from country to country in search of his new identity and the person who is pursuing him.

Animal activists invade a laboratory with the intention of releasing chimpanzees that are undergoing experimentation, infected by a virus -a virus that causes rage. After finding a church, which had become inhabited by zombie like humans intent on his demise, he runs for his life. Selena and Mark rescue him from the horde and bring him up to date on the mass carnage and horror as all of London tore itself apart. This is a tale of survival and ultimately, heroics, with nice subtext about mankind's savage nature.

“Gangs of New York” is the American historical film which enlightens the two principal issues of that era in New York: Irish immigration to the city and the Federal government's execution of the ongoing Civil War. After the wave of Irish immigrants poured into the New York neighborhood of Five Points, a number of citizens of British and Dutch origin, who were born in the United States, voice their resentment toward the new arrivals. William Cutting, better known as "Bill the Butcher" for his deadly skill with a knife, bands his fellow "Native Americans" into a gang to take on the Irish immigrants. The immigrants in their turn form a gang of their own, "The Dead Rabbits," organized by Priest Vallon. After an especially bloody skirmish between the Natives and the Rabbits leaves Vallon dead, his son goes missing. Few years he returns back, seeking vengeance for his father…

The prehistoric animals are migrating to the south to avoid cold because of coming Ice Age. But some of them decide to stay – lonely and sullen mammoth Manny and reckless sloth Sid. Suddenly they find a human baby and solve to return it to human beings – that’s why they start on a journey. On their way they meet a jolly squirrel Scrat and a pompous and sly saber-toothed tiger Diego. The friends come across a plenty of merry and dangerous adventures.
