Leonard has a rare kind of amnesia and he can’t remember anything that happened 20 minutes ago to him, but he remembers everything clear… He remembers everything before the moment of his wife’s murder. Trying to find the person who is responsible for her death he hopscotches in his Jaguar making stops in motels. He also has got two friends – Natalia and Teddy, but he is not sure whether they are his real friends or not since he can’t remember them in his former life. In the world where Leonard can’t trust to anyone he tries to use every hitch and every possibility to solve the mystery. He even uses his tattoos and his “Polaroid” camera to make tips for himself. “Memento” shows us the story line forward and backwards and this combination makes it very special. Every next second we are able to see more details and to unmask the truth step by step together with the main hero.

The movie describes the lives of several people who are ruining their lives and the lives of people they love. The actions are going on during three seasons: in summer, in fall and in winter. Diet pills, cocaine and heroin are the addictions that are ruining the inner worlds of four main characters of the story. The story is very touching and it shows us the sides of the life, most people prefer not to think about. But it is better to know about those things before it’s too late.

Unbreakable tells the story of Philadelphia security guard, David Dunn, who slowly discovers that he is actually a real life superhero. He gave up a promising football career to marry his love Audrey and claimed he was injured in a car accident the two were involved in. However, their marriage is dissolving, to the distress of their young son Joseph. Returning from a job interview in New York, David is the sole survivor of a horrific train wreck that kills 131 passengers, whereas he sustained no injuries. He is contacted by the adult Elijah, who proposes to a disbelieving David that he is a real instance of the kind of person after whom comic-book superheroes are modeled.

The space transport ship "Hunter-Gratzner" with its crew and passengers passes through a comet’s tail. Debris of the comet breaks the hull and kills the captain and some of the crew. They have no food and water, worry about Riddick, and, moreover, they find themselves being hunted by the planet's flesh eating alien inhabits who come out on to the surface to hunt and eat all the living creatures as the planet is engulfed in darkness, which happens every 22 years. Then they understand that Riddick is their best chance to survive in the total darkness, as Riddick has surgically-enhanced silver eyes that allow him to see in the dark as they set out to find a way of escaping from the planet, before they all be eaten by the creatures on the surface.
