The film is a tragic autobiography of Wladislaw Spielmann, one of the best Polish pianists of the twentieth century. The man is busy himself with music till the territory of Poland is occupied by the Nazis. The life of all the Jews changes when they are placed to Warsaw ghetto. Spielmann is the only person from the family who survives the catastrophe. The man goes on living in the occupied Polish capital where he leads an insufferable life: he has to hide and live in uninhabited flats so for no one to suspect that somebody lives there. Is it possible to perform in such conditions? And can the pianist’s fame and nationwide love protect him from treachery?

A strange woman visits the famous actress Nikki Grace, who presented herself as the neighbor down the street. The stranger begins to hold forth on the time and the role in the new film, where Nikki is auditioned, affirming that Grace does not remember what it will happen with her tomorrow. The next day Nikki is told that she has been approved for a leading role in the long-awaited direction, where her partner will be Devon Berk, the star and idol of millions. They will be prospect in reincarnating as lovers, hiding their relationship from their spouses. Once the director Kingsley Stewart tells the actors that they are working on a remake of unfinished picture (the project was closed because of the murder of the performers), so the unexplained and mysterious things begin to happen on the shooting ground.

A married couple’s son dies, falling out of the window while they were making love in the other room. Mother’s sorrow is so deep she’s put in a hospital, but her husband is a therapist himself, he decides to get her back home and treat her there. To fight her fears, he brings his wife to a remote cabin in the woods, named ‘Eden’, where something mysterious has happened last summer. Divided to four chapters and a prologue, the film goes into details of lustful cruelty as the couple discover the darker side of them outside and within.
