Three men pursue, often at the expense of others, information about the location of a buried treasure of coins. The first character introduced in the movie is Tuco Benedicto Pacifico Juan Maria Ramirez (the Ugly) - called Tuco, who has a bounty on his head for numerous crimes. Tuco has a partnership with Blondie (the Good) in which the latter turns him in for the reward money which the two then split after Blondie saves Tuco from hanging at the last moment. Meanwhile, a third character called Angel Eyes (the Bad) has learned of a hidden trunk of gold owned by a Confederate soldier named Bill Carson. Against the backdrop of the Civil War, they search for a fortune in gold buried in a graveyard. Each knows only a portion of the gold's exact location, so for the moment they're dependent on each other. However, none is particularly inclined to share...

“Gangs of New York” is the American historical film which enlightens the two principal issues of that era in New York: Irish immigration to the city and the Federal government's execution of the ongoing Civil War. After the wave of Irish immigrants poured into the New York neighborhood of Five Points, a number of citizens of British and Dutch origin, who were born in the United States, voice their resentment toward the new arrivals. William Cutting, better known as "Bill the Butcher" for his deadly skill with a knife, bands his fellow "Native Americans" into a gang to take on the Irish immigrants. The immigrants in their turn form a gang of their own, "The Dead Rabbits," organized by Priest Vallon. After an especially bloody skirmish between the Natives and the Rabbits leaves Vallon dead, his son goes missing. Few years he returns back, seeking vengeance for his father…

The story revolves around Eric Bishop, the big football fan and the postman of the Manchester football club. Life is not simple for him; everything goes not as he wants. Angelo Tetrochini escapes from a family of powerful father to write. Ten years later in Buenos Aires, he meets the young and naive brother, Benny. Angelo, as he wanted, became a writer, he has a nickname - Tetro and is about to publish an autobiographical play. The youngest brother finds and reads secretly the unfinished manuscript, supposing that it contains all the impartial truth about their family. After a quarrel with his brother, Benny even adds the ending of the play. When the play is staged, the finale will be quite different, because the truth is always more difficult, deeper and more frightening.

In 2003, Doctor Serena Kogan of Cyberdyne Systems convinces death row inmate Marcus Wright to sign his body over for medical research following his execution by lethal injection. In 2018, after an unsuccessful attack to a Skynet facility, the only apparent survivor of the attack, John Connor, discovers that Skynet is developing the powerful new model T-800. However, Marcus emerges from the wreckage of the base and proceeds on foot to Los Angeles, where he is saved from a T-600 Terminator by Kyle Reese and his mute companion Star. Meanwhile, the Resistance discovers a radio signal believed to be capable of shutting down Skynet machines and John offers to turn it. Hearing John's radio broadcast, the together leave Los Angeles in search of the Resistance. They survive an attack by machines, but Kyle, Star, and several other humans are taken prisoner. Marcus decides to help them and makes his way to Skynet; on the way, he saves Blair Williams who suggests him to meet John Connor first. But Marcus is wounded by a magnetic land mine and is submitted to a surgery, when a secret about his origins is disclosed.
